E70 35d Help/ Advise Usual SCR/ DPF issue

3 weeks ago, I brought my e70 35d at 101,000 miles to the dealer for NOx sensor replacement under warranty. 2 days ago the CEL is on again and just got her out from the dealership for an active tank sensor DEF tank replacement (also under warranty). The SA informed me that CEL will show again bec the "SCR filter is already clogged with soot and it's not covered by warranty". Sure enough 45 minutes after taking it out the dealership the CEL is back on.

My question is:
1. Did he mean the DPF? Does the SCR have filter too?
2. And how do they diagnose if it's clogged with soot?
3. Is there an aftermarket cheaper part for this?
3. Does anyone know a place that cleans DPF in the New Jersey area?
4. Almost ready to do it. Does anyone know who does SCR/EGR delete in my area?
