2011 xDrive 35i [N55] [new to me] Maintenance suggestions?

Just picked up 2011 xDrive 35i with the N55 Engine. Looking to base line the maintenance. Any suggestion other than fluid changes that I should look out for or known issues?

Thanks

Without knowing the mileage, its a hard question to answer.

(and of course not a new or unique topic.. )

Oil, ATF, differentials..coolant...spark plugs...belts.

Then you get into prophylactic replacements of parts that might fail. Water pump? Rubber bushes

How is the alignment? Its *the* major factor in tire life/mileage. (People will go 80k miles, trying different tires- complain about how many miles they get- yet never check the alignment) Baseline that
