3-IN-ONE is not a good choice for electric motors. Well, they do make a 20W oil that comes in a blue bottle that is decent. Grease of any kind is also a poor choice.
What you want is an oil that is detergent free. A common and readily available choice is "turbine" oil. La-Co and other companies bottle it in a "zoom spout" bottle. Most air tool oil works well also.
You can probably salvage your blower motor but now the pores in the bearing are probably clogged up with oil solids. Any oil you add will quiet the motor for a bit but now you'll probably realize shorter and shorter service intervals until finally it will lock up.
I replaced my blower motor because it got noisy. I don't remember if the bearings were accessible but the best course of action is to disassemble the motor and scrub the bearings clean. A phosphor-bronze bore brush works great.
After their clean, you want to heat the bearings while soaking them in oil then letting them cool down to ambient. The bearings come from the factory impregnated with oil. You will be removing and flushing some of that oil away during the cleaning. The oil you have used in the past has also displaced some of the good oil.
The hard part after all of this will be the reassembly ensuring that the bearings are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the shaft. Usually there is enough shaft exposed that a few firm taps with a soft-face hammer on it will set them up. Again, I don't remember the accessibility of these components so it might be impossible to accomplish this overhaul.
