EMT760RR is on a distinguished road
Odd shifting issues 08 X5

I recently bought a 08 X5 with a 3.0 N52 with 50k. I have a few issues going on. I know I have a oil pan leak that needs to be fixed. Oil drips near the back of the bell housing. You can see it run along the block.

The other issue is rough transmission shifting issues when cold/warm. It seems to hang in gear then shift. I checked the bottom of the trans pan to see if there any leaks. I don't see a drop, so I'm confused scratching my head. A shop said I had low battery voltage warning and could possibly cause issues with the solenoids firing?

Multimeter says the battery is at 12.16 volts with the ignition off. . I mean I know BMW's like their maintenance, but at 50k? its almost 10 years old.
