Ride Height Control Time Lifting Error

Ok, I’ve been trying to troubleshoot and fix this issue for a while now. I’m getting a trouble message for the Ride Height Control that says “Control Time Fault Lifting Rear Left”. I’ve so far replaced bags, sensors, today I replaced the valve block, and also check the entire airline to the left side for pinched or blocks, ran compressed air thru it no problems. I still have this error, and I am running out of things to check, and all that’s left now is the compressor and control unit.

Has anyone had this code before, and what was your fix?

hmm mine was a different error which is level control malfunction. I replaced bags and the air compressor and fixed the problem. Is your compressor loud?

My compressor is getting a little noisy, and I was thinking that maybe it’s not compressing the air enough to raise the truck. Weird how it would always be the left side that has the issue, but I might have to change the pump. Right now I use the software to activate the pump get the height as close to even as possible and then pull the EHC fuse, to not kill the pump, but maybe the pump is toast anyway.

You might want to check the connection air cable too for the left side. I noticed on mine, one of them (blue cable) can't be tighten all the way. That caused my X not to stand straight, difference in height by quarter of an inch or something. Seems like you pretty much already checked everything, more stuff than me. I only checked two fuses, bags and compressor and that's about it. This might help you too:

I feel like I’m just missing something obvious, but then again maybe I’m ignoring my slightly louder compressor. I did reverse the right and left airlines at the valve block to see if the issue moved to the right side, but I still got the left side error code.

I hate to buy a compressor and still have the issue, but it’s got a few miles on it so maybe it’s not a bad idea.

You can check the link I provided above and message the guy if you wish. Hope you can resolve it soon. The Arnott compressors are actually cheaper and better version.

I was just about to checkout with the new pump, but I can’t get over the fact that the right side raises and lowers fine, and the left doesn’t. Hate to get that compressor and see that error pop up on the dash again.
