E70 AWD, DSC, ABS and EMERG EBV Errors

Over a year ago the battery ran low and the parking brake locked up needing to be released by the emergency cable (same thing happened about 5 years ago and had dealer repair for $1400). Tried resetting with INPA and ISTA+ but unable and realized would need to replace EMF module but put it off.
Mid September had the AWD, DSC, ABS and EMERG EBV lights come on, from research thought a battery issue again and was able to swap out under warranty as it tested less than ideal. When doing so noticed over an inch of water where the battery sits possibly from when Ida came through. Tried resetting codes but no luck and looking further for cause of leak found more water in driver side trunk area where modules are.
Thinking could be covered under insurance as water damage took to dealer, for $450 did diagnosis and water test. Found leak was from wire harness gasket on trunk and told EMF module was root cause of all but after $2000 quote decided I would do so with a $350 rebuilt from Wholesale Parts Express in FL. Installed this weekend, ran ISTA+ tried clearing codes but now see other modules not communicating. Checked larger fuses in rear fuse box and started looking in front under glove box but harder to get access. Any guidance to specific areas to check is most appreciated and would really like to avoid returning to the dealer.
Thanks very much!

While posting another thread noticed I never finished this one. Problem was the ATC700 module 27607606629 by the battery must have gotten wet. I replaced the EMF first, thought the transfer case VTG gear maybe bad, opened up and was fine. Finally found an ATC700 on ebay, swapped and all the lights went out. Using ISTA and other Standard Tools recoded module with VIN and reset VTG adaptions. 3 months of weekends trying to figure out but ended up costing about $500 instead of $5k.
