AWD, DSC and active steering malfunction
I have searched many topics talking about this fault but it seems they have not solved yet. my car 2007, BMW X5 3.0si just comes with 3 faults alarm: 1. AWD and DSC malfunction 2. Active steering malfunction. 3. Start-off assistance inactive. please see attached picture they come at the same time. most of people advised due to low voltage but I check the battery is still OK, I can start/stop engine smoothly. I also attempted to turn wheel left and right but the faults are not clear. Connect o computer to check fault code as shown in last picture. since 10 fault codes coming up, please everyone can help to to define the main reason and how to show it. finally, My English is poor, please ask me if you are not clear. thanks in advance. |

no, it's running smoothly except active steering function, it causes hard to turn wheel.

You need to reset your steering angle settings due to battery being run down
With engine running, turn full right hand lock then left, then straight ahead The warning should disappear Otherwise it’s an Abs Sensor, dirty or corroded |

What is the battery voltage? If it's not greater than 12.5 volts with the engine off, that's a problem.
