2009 4.8i rough idle, misfire high gear low rpm, log provided

Hi all, I have a 2009 n62 with ~99k miles on it. Started rough idling and hesitation/knocking a bit at high gear, low rpm.



Specifically when stepping on the gas around 40 or 50 mph on the highway just enough so it doesn't downshift. I feel the engine shaking pretty bad, but if you hit it harder and it downshifts, everything sings like normal.



throws a code for multiple cylinder misfires and ign coil, and deactivates a cylinder. If i restart, the problem goes away. CEL flashes and disappears after restart.



Thing's ive changed/tried: sparks and ignition coils (f that #8 cylinder Lol)
both pcv valves (one of them had a crack that helped the idle a little.)
techron fuel injector cleaner.



I've included a log, first time logging, every data point is 1 second. Wondering if anyone sees something obviously wrong? I know i should do a leak test, but not sure ill be able to see anything.

*EDIT* FWIW previous owner parked car for extended period of time, when i got it, tires had cracked in one area only.
It has a visible valve cover gasket leak on the bank 1 side, I've been just topping off.
