2013 X5 Entertainment system troubles

I wonder if someone could give me an idea on what could be wrong with the entertainment system in my car.
Here is what is happening:

When car is cold - seems to be temperature related I get
1. "No warning tone error" right after I start the car
2. Radio switching to FM even if it was on satellite
3. Radio, bluetooth sounds cut in and out, at first about 1 second of sound and 10 seconds on silence
4. Screen is switching from showing radio station on the top to empty and back
5. I'm unable to select any of satellite radio channels.

After about 15 min car warms up and sound starts cutting less and less , then , it just works normally

Sounds like CIC module problem, but I'd like to get other opinions.
