How to release connector under seat ?

Ok, I just dont want to use brute force and break something but anyone have a trick to release the small yellow electrical connector ? X5 in pic is a 2013 X5 diesel with sport seats. I'm taking my seats out to detail the car.

I've never dealt with those connectors, but if they are anything like most connectors that BMW (and others) use...you will want to squeeze on the sides, push in (while still squeezing), then pull out. Sounds dirty I know...

If I remember correctly and you'll want to look closely to see if I am correct, on the bottom of that connector in your picture you can see the two black posts (circle with arrow) there is clip that you have to release to let it come off. Similar to the ones that the two arrows are pointing to.
