Is there any way to code the activation of the inside halogens with high beam?

Title. Wondering if it’s possible to code- my car uses its xenon for flash to pass, other than DRL I don’t know how to make them come on. Is there a way to code their activation to be a set of halogen floods with the high beams? They seemingly lense for it, and came with bulbs in there.

Mine is an E53 so I don’t have specifics on the E70 but I do believe it is possible with NCSExpert, BMW Scanner 1.4 and maybe a simpler solution, check out Carly for BMW, they have a pretty good website.

I don't believe there are any physical lamps in the inner housings, as dumb as it seems, they just seem to be there to maintain the style, even my flash to pass uses the HID mains (yikes). And boy are the glare shields noisy (ever flash your lights when the engine isn't running), I was surprised by the audible thump they make..

They are faux projectors. On the pre-LCI there are Xenon (or are they Halogen?) bulbs for the angel eyes behind them.

On LCI vehicles they are completely non-functional.

Oh wow, I did not know that.

I guess there’s no way to code those on then . Whoops!

I searched this when I first got my X5 and I came up with nothing. Hopefully someone can chime in that has made something work.
