Mounting a BMW roof box on Rola bars

I was hoping to clamp this BMW box on my rola bars for the weekend, but the cleats on the box are too wide for the channel in the rola bars. Anyone dealt with this and found a workaround? If there are narrower cleats available that would seemingly work, but I looked around and didn’t see any.

That’s fair I suppose. But they all have the same mounting brackets. If someone had dealt with this they’d know what I’m talking about. Anyway I worked it out today with some temporary bolts. I ordered the rola cleats or t-bolts as some call them.

No pics unfortunately. It was a stainless M6 bolt from Lowe’s with just the right size washer.
