Missing screws on Turbo pipe of X35d?

Had the passenger side wheel well liner removed from a '13 X35d made in the last part of June. looked at the turbo connecting pipes and observed two missing screws. I am wondering if anyone has any thoughts on what I am seeing and what I found on TIS...?

Actual photo showing what is there (GREEN) and what appears to be missing (RED)

Looking in TIS I found this figure with instructions to remove only 3 screws; coincidently the same 3 that are present in my findings (note #5 and #6)

This TIS figure shows the screws and retaining plates moved for allowance of pipe removal

I was thinking that if the car was one of the last made then it should have been well sorted by an experienced assembly line. Maybe they just ran out of parts at the end and made the last batch with what was on hand?

Any thoughts on this finding?
