Preventative Maintenance for E70 48i

I bought a 2007 X5 48i a year ago from a used car lot, which is now at just over 100,000 miles. They had no service records on it, so I have no idea what has been done on it in the past.


I've been looking for a good preventative maintenance list or video, similar to this excellent one for E46's:

Does anyone have a rundown on what maintenance items I should look into that are pattern failures on the car?

Valve stem seals, valley coolant pipe, alternator bracket gasket

I'd probably also do the waterpump and thermostat and reservoir.
