Dash cam which fuse ?
I had a dash cam fitted to my old e53 and finding the right fuse was easy. The e70 is totaly different as when the ignition is switched off the fuses stay live for a few minutes. Does anyone know which fuse to use ( the ones in the dash ) please as I'm totally stuck. Many thanks |

I would STRONGLY caution you against trying to find a circuit that is on all the time. yes, you cannot record stuff that happens went parked, but these cars DO NOT like parasitic drain. I would consider the battery system they sell that lets you hook up the battery to the switched power, and it charges and runs the system when the car is running. Then, when the car is swithced off the dashcam draws only from this batttery, leaving the car's charging system and electronics to shut down and sleep as they should. |

Thanks for the reply but I must have not made it clear. It's a fuse I need that only goes on when the ignition is on for example the radio fuse . On my old x5 it was easy to find the radio fuse but the e70 is totally different. Sorry again if my post wasnt clear .
Thanks |
