275-45/20's lowered on KW's??

So I am running 275/40-20's right now, and they are the same diameter as the stock tire sizes. I am also lowered on KWV3's. I would like to have the tires fill the wheel wells out little more, and wonder if the 275-45's would fit. I see people running much bigger tires than that at stock ride heights, or maybe lifted. Anyone have thoughts on lowered?

If you check the "What did you do today" thread, you can see my X, lowered, with 275/45/20 front tires. Post is somewhere in the beginning 1400 pages. I dont remember exactly which one. I have Pilot Sport A/S; they do not rub and are pretty awesome in crap city roads.
