Parts for front and rear struts/shocks

Hi everyone- I’m planning to replace the front and rear shocks of my car and wanted to know if anyone had a parts list or help me put together parts to do this job ?

I obviously know that I have to buy front and rear shocks but my understanding is that you need to buy additional bump stops / mounts while doing the job. I have a 2007 x5 3.0 without air suspension. I’ll be sourcing my parts from Fcp most likely. Any help will be highly appreciated!

I also forgot to mention my car has 3rd row and self leveling. Do you guys recommend I change the springs as well? If so, what’s the benefit ? I have around 150k miles on my car.

If you check on RealOem dot com, you can see all the parts you would need or want for a full suspension refresh. Every one does these jobs different so I think its best if you take a look and pick what you want.
