4.8i alternator mounting
After the hell of replacing the oil seal, I haven't been able to get the bottom bolt on the alternator bracket to align. I've been at this for a few days now. The bolt looks to be hitting too high on the back busing. Is there a chance not tightening one of the E10 bolts enough would lead to the alternator not lining up? Would pulling the steering pump make the alignment easier?
