I stopped about 40 miles from home and decided to check the tire pressure: it was FIFTY! That car would regularly report 23-24 on highway after setting the pressure down but also spent a lot of its life on 235s which had to be more fuel efficient. I use soft winter tires year 'round and that certainly costs me in the mpg.

17.9 is average right? That seems normal. What is pure highway? Say cruise on flat ground about 70-73 mph.

Mileage update. Have been consistently at 17.2 MPG since winter set in.
I feel like the DISA valves may need replacing. No codes though. Appears to be $300 for the pair. |

I have been at 15.0 L / 100 KM with 95% City / short distance driving, in Winter, using 91 Gas (this equals 15.7 MPG)

12/2022 update, we are back up to 17.1 MPG after replacing the fuel transfer pump. Previously the mileage was really bad, down to 16.4 MPG for quite some time.
