EGR adjustments on European E70

Hi

Found some threads here that it is possible to adjust EGR for EU vehicles. However, when I use my ISTA Rheingold 4.24 I see only this:

Do I need to install ISTA+ or is it to do with Daten files?

E70 2008 3.0 D
