Help with Codes

Ok team. I've done some work in two weeks since I got my 2021 X5 XDrive 50i and have done the following: changed air filters (Cabin and engine), oil and filter, auxiliary turbos cooling pump (got rid of the annoying "warm engine" notification) and installed four new tires (Bridgestone from Costco).
I just ordered the rubber or plastic beige washers for the front suspension as I have a clunk on the left side when going over bumps (checked pulled/pushed the suspension and nothing moved). In the meantime I got myself a Foxwell 510 Elite scanner and cleared a bunch of old codes and have another ones and here is the list:

Engine Electronics DME:
2B3A - DMTL, system fault
CDA9 - Message (heat flow/load torque, air conditioning, 0x1B5) faulty, receiver DME, transmitter IHKA

Driver's side footwell module FRM:
9CC1 Stepping-motor controller (SMC), left, signalling fault

Automatic heating/air conditioning IHKA:
9C59 IHKA: Evaporator temperature sensor
9C5A IHKA: Heating heat-exchanger sensor, left
9C5B IHKA: Ventilating-temperature sensor, left
9C5C IHKA: Heating heat-exchanger sensor, right

9C5D IHKA: Ventilating-temperature sensor, right
E729 - No message (automatic air recirculation control sensor, 0x2D0), receiver integrated automatic heating / air conditioning system, transmitter JBE

Rear-compartment air conditioning FKA
E757 - No message (status climate front, 0x242), receiver automatic rear air-conditioning system, transmitter integrated automatic heating/air conditioning system
E759 - No message (control climate rear passenger compartment, 0x3F8), receiver automatic rear air-conditioning system, transmitter integrated automatic heating/air conditioning system
E75B - No message (status climate air distribution driver's side, 0x2E6), receiver automatic rear air-conditioning system, transmitter IHKA

Car Information Computer
E1E9 - CIC: Failure of front display monitor

Park Distance Control PDC
AAEF - PDC: Undervoltage

Allround-view camera TRSVC
CA9F - Message (operation bumper camera button, 0x387) error, receiver TRSVC, transmitter IHKA

Junction Box Electronics JBE

A6CF - JBE: AUC sensor
C914 - No message (status, air conditioning, 0x246), receiver JBE, transmitter IHKA/SZL

There might be a few missing from the Headlight Assist as I haven't turned them on yet after resetting the codes.

I did read about the CAN communication issues and did find some water in the rear left corner (under the side cover to access the tail lights).
Anyone can shed some light on these error codes and where can I start to sort them out? Also my Comfort Access doesn't work but there is no code stored for it under "Comfort Access CA" so not sure if there is any relation there.
