Probably easiest to just google BMW comfort access, but it's the ability to unlock/lock your car by just grabbing the handle/using the ridges, instead of using the key fob.
P/N would be based on if it's comfort access or not. And use realoem.com to find it.

Can you lock and unlock the door from inside- using the lock/unlock button?
I would be surprised if the drivers door lock is operable using the inside buttons- AND the remote opens the other 3 doors.... the key fob remote is NOT specific to individual doors |

adding...
If the drivres door lock will not open using the fob NOR the inside lock button, it is the door lock actuator in the door. When you put the key IN the door handle, it unlocks? (There is an actual physical key INSIDE the fob.) |

You posted this in June 2020. https://xoutpost.com/bmw-sav-forums/...ower-lock.html Same car, same issue???? Just a tip: You will find that members in most forums will help users that are engaged and who respond. A post every year or two, with no follow up, doesnt tend to elicit much response....
