My new to me 2012 XDrive 50i

Hello everyone. Last Saturday I became the new owner of this E70 with 101K miles on it. It's pretty loaded with Heads-up display, Logic 7 system, and a lot other goodies. It's Sparkling Bronze Metallic with a Nevada Oyster leather interior.
I scanned it today and got about 25 errors which I cleared but still has some remained. I got two on the DME that are the turbo water pump (I'm getting the heating error even when starting up in the morning) so I ordered a replacement pump. Next down is High Beam Assist FLA that has a A7CA "undervoltage". Another one in the PDC AAEF "undervoltage" and a last one in the Junction Box Electronics JBE A6CF- "AUC sensor".
The car did got a new H8 battery just before it got delivered to me and I did a battery register today (Got myself a Foxwell 510 Elite code reader).
Two questions: any idea what the Junction Box electronics is? Also, where can I find a good repair manual (or ISTA for that matter).
