Is this normal? see the video..
Please see the video in the link for my e70 2009 3.0, for the front drive shaft, in the video the wheels were in the air and I was quickly rotating one of the wheels in both directions forward and backward, and this sound comes from the shaft, don't really know the cause and if it's normal or not.

Drive train backlash. Most notable in normal use when your shift between forward and reverse. I'm familiar with the metallic "ping" sound that I could only hear when I had my rear seat removed and the fuel tank access panels removed. You can possibly measure the angle that one wheel can move back and forth without moving the other or the input shaft to help determine if more than normal.
The other time I would get a big backlash clink was when I came out of a steep enough ditch that a wheel would come off the ground, spin and then they dsc would clamp that corner brake after some slack formed so the differential gears would slap very much like you are demonstrating.
