Best towing mirrors
Guys,
I have a set of EMUK towing mirrors (model 100070) that are custom for the E70 that I no longer need (moved up to a G05). I can provide them with the std (oval) mirrors or with 1 optional wide angle. The wide angle elimnates any blind spot for the E70 and trailer, but the view is so wide that it makes it hard to place trailer tires super accurately. I prefer the less convex std mirror on the right side so I can position my trailer tires down to a couple inches from a curb on very narrow roads, and then I use one wide angle XL mirror on my side for a panoramic view. If you tow enclosed trailers or a wide camper, these mirrors are great because they allow you to see around an 8.5' wide load, don't vibrate (cast aluminum body custom fitted to the E70 mirror housing), take less than 60 seconds to install/remove (1 thumb screw), and are very consistent so no adjustments needed once you have them setup the way you like. They require shipping from Europe/UK, so landed cost in the USA is about $200. Condition is excellent. Here is a ebay seller, and a retail seller in the UK. Pics attached of the std and the larger wide angle mirror. Unlike the photos, I fit this all the way down so it touches the lower half of the mirror housing. This makes placement perfectly repeatable. Hoping to get $100 + shipping |
