Man, the ass end brake light screwups are defacto at BMW nowadays... tape or no tape, running up the side of the tailgate window is total Volvo and anti-sport IMO.
Mind you, the new front bumper cover is sportier, brake air-flow ducts are finally noticeable (a must for anything sport)..
