I think it comes standard now like the Range Rovers.

Dont quote me.

I do know that I am one of the rare people that actually tows with his X5. IMO, it is the worlds BEST tow vehicle.

I can't wait for the e70.

the ordering sheets say 'pre wired' for tow, but does not say the hitch is actually installed. nor do i see it on any of the pictures... so i don't think it is standard.

anyone know??

thanks.

question is, will it finally have a brake controller? larger tranny cooler? larger differentials?

for it to have a true tow package like the other brands known for towing, it would need to have these things amongs other very common upgrades for towing (ie: higher output alternator, larger cooling, etc)

Will not have brake controller, says in the brochure Kevin posted.

I'd assume 6,000lbs or so like the current X5.
