To use this system you have to remove the active headrest and de-activate the system correct? Does the system tie right into the factory sound system or does it use FM modulation?

Like that system. I ordered the Factory DVD. Maybe I could change. I have black perforated & vented comfort seats. Will this work for this seat option?
