E70 being unloaded at Beverly Hills BMW :)

so my gf and i were passing BH BMW -- i was actually letting her drive me in my X5 -- when we saw them unloading the X ... i told her to quickly park, we hopped out, snapped a few pix and the video, but then ran back to the car and got the hell outta there when the guy unloading the truck started yelling at us, "HEY! YOU CAN'T TAKE PICTURES!!"

go figure?!

anyway, as we jumped in the car i was grinning and said to my gf,

"yeeah, we gonna get mad props from my boys at x5world!!

oh well, enjoy

and here's the video: http://www.intriciti.com/temp/e70_bhbmw.wmv

Nice work. I wonder why the guy was bitter about you taking pics?

all pix and vids i ever take are with one of the latest generation Canon Elph cameras, in this case, the SD600.

i've been using Elphs for nearly 3 yrs now, and go through at least 2 or 3 per year lol because of their one critical design flaw:

the external LCD does not have a protective hard plastic covering, and as a result, inevitably ends up cracking in your pocket should your car keys press against it too hard.

in fact this works out well, however, as it creates an incentive to keep upgrading to the newer models, and, if i were not required to do the upgrade, i'd probably never do so, not realizing just how much they improve with each new generation.

that said, the SD600 is by FAR and away the greatest of the Elphs thus far, and from what i've read of other newer versions, the 600 is STILL the best.
