These New X5s arent selling very well! I just bought a 04 4.8i.s from a BMW dealership and they said they cant give these cars away! They said usually when a new body BMW comes out, they usually sell it for 5k to 20k above sticker. This one, they cant do s%!t with! I respect it because its aBMW, but I cant imagine paying that much for that car. Exterior is Good...Interior SUCKS!!!!!

That's a regular car seller guy, hoping to flip that
E70 to some knucklehead that has to have one,
right now. Check back in 8 days and see what it
really went for.

I repeat, those wheels need some clear coat or,
sumpin'...

Don't know about the 20K over sticker, I didn't even see the M5 or M6 go for that when they were new. MSRP is set pretty high on BMW's to begin with.

At 70K that ride will sit.

My dealer said right now the lease is at $980/month (standard lease terms). He said wait until after the new year they expect prices (on lease) to come down.

Makes sense, as these new babies are not flying off the
Stlrs's floors. Inventory will build up, the Stlr's Floor Plan
will start pinching him, Stlrs will whine and, boom:
a lease deal by Ground Hog day. It's still pricey, imo.

yes I'm going to wait. My ordered X5 is there at the dealer and I think I'll let them hold it awhile until we can come to 'terms'.

That's funny, I couldn't get an allocation before Feb.
So I just bought a GL450 instead.

Either you are min-informed or living in the middle of nowhere.
