Did I receive a good quote for this 07 3.0si??

I am a Newbie to this forum. I am crossing over from a RX330 (hand off to the wife) and in the market to buy a 07 X5 3.0si. I am currently talking to a few dealers in the Cincinnati, Lexington and Louisville areas. I thought about the 3rd row seats, but they are a waste to me.

Estimated delivery would be the end of Feb.

Here are the options that I want with the final price from the dealer:

Black Sapphire
Grey or Tan Interior (Undecided)

1. premium package
2. cold weather package
3. technology package
MSRP is $54,045
Selling Price $52,545
Total with tax and everything $55,908.68

Here are some other options that I requested pricing from as well......

20 inch wheels with tires $4130 (A little on the high side for me)
Window tint for all windows ( excluding windshield ) $170
3M nose mask $675

What do you guys think? Decent deal or keep looking?

i think that's a reasonable price...but if you can get the other options from the dealer, i think you can negotiate a low price...just a little lower...

i like the rim.. however.. being 20inch rims with performance tires you have to drive a bit more carefully.. and be esp careful of curbs, the rims are expensive to replace. also the tires will wear faster too and you obviously cant use it in snow and that 4000 option is like 8% the cost of your car.

OK guys, here is the latest as of this morning. The dealer took an additional $500 (total discount $2000.00) and he is going to add all weather floor mats and window tint. I asked the dealer about the tobacco interior and he would be able to get it.(As seen in the brochure). I did see a 4.8 with a light brown interior, but it was listed as tobacco on the sticker. I am awaiting pics from my dealer who has a white 07 X5 with the dark brown interior that is identical to the pic in the brochure. Will post pic as soon as he send it. What do you guys thinK about that interior?
