Do you need to keep your Foot on the Brake ?

My dealer told me that because of the DSC+, you no longer need to keep your foot on the Brake once you stopped the Car at a trafic light .
Is that true ?

I will order my E70 3.0d tomorrow !

Hello, perhaps would that answer your question :

NB : I see, you are located in France. Take a look here : http://www.mabm.fr/forums/index.php There is only spoken about X3 and X5...

What DSC+ will do is prevent you from rolling back on an uphill. In that case, it holds the brakes momentarily when you let go of the brake and reach for the accelerator. However if you don't accelerate, it eventually will let go of the brake (like after 2 seconds or so).

Sorry for this delay. Have you asked annother dealer ? Usually, they speak about may/june.

My one, ordered in November is promised for the end of March or the beginning of April, one of the first here...

I will get my car mid June but without the Auto Hold (or auto Park) .
That feature will only be available in October .

Auto Park?

Are you refering to the vehicle putting itself in PARK when the engine is shut off?

This is available now with the Comfort Access option. If you do not place it in park on your own.... the car takes care of it for you immediatly.
