Question Are floor mats & trunk mat included?

For those who got their new X5, are floor mats & trunk mat included? If not how much does it cost?

No they aren't. Call your local dealer and ask for the pricing.

Nope, they are not included. It cost me $125 for the carpet floor mat. However, you can order online from www.circlebmw.com for much less. They offer great discount on floor mats etc...

Since these are relatively cheap items that no one in their right mind would do without, I believe BMW sales folks keep these in their "back pocket" as negotiation tools and "throw them in" with the deal if they feel it will help seal the deal or make the customer a bit more pleased with the transaction. If you make enough of a stink about it, I'll bet you get can them thrown in too...

My dealer included mats at no charge. I believe it is SOP for the dealership on all new deliveries.

Floor mats et al

Not included in the purchase price of the vehicle though they did include the floor mats w/my purchase. I f you think about it, nothings "free", you paying for it somehow in the price.

Hi Everyone, so based on your responses, you all have the new E70 and you did get floormats? I am told that the all weather rubber mats are unavailable as of yet from BMW as is the running boards...input? I know they are on the Circle BMW page but have not called there yet. I was planning on ordering the weather-tech mats if I can not get BMW OEM ones. Also, I spoke with a rep from www.hatchbag.com yesterday and was told that they are working on a custom cargo area complete cover for the E70. I am waiting patiently as are my dogs since I do not want things all dirtied up before I get the mat......reasonably priced as well! Happy Motoring!

Hey Brian - good luck with the mats & let us know how you make out!

BTW - A friend of mine once told me never to trust people with two first names. His name is Eric Allen.
