Nice pictures! Thanks for sharing!

The 6-CD changer would have been nice but now that we have Sirius, we don't seem to be listening to CDs any more.

Have you mastered opening the console yet? Once you figure it out it's easy but my mom still can NOT get the thing open without a tutorial every time!

very nice followup...

one question: does the top lid of the glove box also control the lower lid? or do you have to close them separately?

I've been looking for that forever....I saw it on the demo....It's not there on mine!!!!
I really wanted to lower both of the volumes...both are too loud!
How did you get there?
I tried to get there via vehicle settings...

That's this first service point...not mileage.

"one question: does the top lid of the glove box also control the lower lid? or do you have to close them separately?"

It's Not There. on mine. at all. W-e-i-r-d.

Lemme guess...in the climate menu you have "seat heater distribution"?
And is your I-Drive controller adaptive? eg. does it give force feedback?

No...Don't have "seat heater distribution" menu.

Force feedback?? If you mean does it return to original position--click back?--yes. Do other 2007 model have a different feel?..or is it on the E53 model?

haptick technology...when you are reaching the end of the menu, the iDrive controller gets slightly harder to turn. then if you turn more, it will snap back to the top of the menu
