Transmission Reprogrammed
My service receipt says: "ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION WERE REPROGRAMMED, LINE 10" and "ENGINE WAS REPROGRAMMED FOR LINE 10" What does this mean? Overall it seems like a big improvement, much more responsive. But it appears my gas mileage has dropped. Need more time to tell for sure.

is the transmission still jerky .... because i never saw an automatic
that changes gears like the e70 ... i absoulutley love the e70 but the transmition is really annoying , but perfect for high speed... i once got out of my car and i took a ride with a friend in his range rover and could never tell when the car changed gears withought looking at the rpm |

You mentioned in another thread that you felt DS mode was now "too soft" since the reprogramming. Do you still feel that way?

I dont know if DS feels too soft or its just that there isnt such a big difference between the two anymore. The more I drive it the more I loke the changes. Standard mode is much improved. Ds seems fine now that I've driven more...unfortunatley traffic has been so bad I have not been able to really try it out. I am on a road trip next week and will have a better feel.
