blackberry 8800/e70 address book issue

anyone here have an 8800? i had an 8700c and my address book synced fine. now i can get a bluetooth connection on the 8800 but i have to dial from the blackberry...transfer of address book keeps failing. any ideas? thanks

Check your OS. I am using 4.1.XXX with a 7100 works fine. I however, prefer to dial using my BB then the handsfree to talk.

i am 4.2.1.72, i think with the 8800 its new. i had no probs with the 8700

i just upgraded to the 8800 from a 8700 and have had no issues.

That's good news. I am going to upgrade to the 8800 or the 8300. How do you like the 8800?

i like it alot. at first i wasn't sure but it is less cumbersome than the 8700, i've grown to like the trackball better than the wheel, and the phone gets better reception. all in all, a better device.
