Comfort Seats vs. Active Ventilated Seats

I finally put in the order on my X5 with the configuration below, but I'm going to make one change that I could use some input on - I'm either going to add the comfort seats (at minimum) or the Active Ventilated seats. I've seen some good feedback on the comfort seats, and tried them on my salesman's car, so I'm definitely adding those. So, my question is for anyone who has gotten the active ventilated seats - Are the active and ventilated features are worth the extra $$ over the comfort seats?

Here's what I ordered, set to go in the April production (dealer had one on order that they were able to modify for my configuration):

4.8i Black Sapphire with Black leather and dark bamboo
Sport Package
20" Y-Spoke Wheels
Premium
Tech
Comfort Access
Rear Climate
Cold Weather
Heated Rear Seats
Premium Sound
HD Radio
Sirius
iPod Interface
Running Boards
Tow hitch (dealer installed....)

To add: Comfort Seats or Active Ventilated Seats.....

Thanks for any insights on the seats!

imo they are....I didnt really want them at first, but I found my X on the dealer lot. Now that I have them I really like the feature.

First, the "Ventilated" part- Of course it simply blows cold air thru the seat. On a very warm day I found this to be a very usefull feature as my back does not sweat. This summer, I am sure it will be invaluable as we average in the 90's w/ very high humidity. If you live in a mostly cold climate you may not find it as useful, but if you have warmer summers I am sure you will enjoy.

The second feature is the "Active" part- The seat bottom has a massage type action that helps keep blood circulation in your legs. I dont use this feature all that much, but most of my driving is short distances. Next weekend I am going on a road trip and will get my first chance to really use this...I expect it will be a really nice feature on longer trips.

Overall I am pleased that I have the Active Ventilated seats, as far a Comfort Seats go...they are simple amazing!! I have the seats configured to mold my back as if they were custom made.

I have the ventilated seats in my Audi and like them (warm in winter, cool in summer) however on the X5 I do not like the Nevada leather and ordered Napa with comfort seats. I believe you can't have Napa with the ventilated seats. You didn't list Napa so it's probably not an issue for you. If the leather and the $ are not an issue for you they are nice.
