Wax/Grease Draining from Doors (stains)

My front doors and rear hatch have begun draining a waxy/greasy substance. The stuff leaks out of some obvious drain holes. Problem: it is very difficult to remove from the paint and impossible to remove from the bumper.
It's disgusting. The rear bumper is the worst, as it has two very large and very noticeable yellow stains running from the hatch all the way to the bottom of the bumper. The stuff is embedded in the plastic.
My SA said it's a wax that BMW uses to coat the inside of the door panels, and when it gets "Florida hot," the wax melts and runs off.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what are the solutions?
