RES Wireless Headphones

Those of you who ordered the Rear Entertainment System, when did your wireless headphone arrive? My CA told me that BMW mails them to you now. I've waited over a month now, still nothing in the mail...

I got them at the same time I picked up the X5 back in the middle of January.

BMW Toronto gave me 2 of them. The sales rep made a big deal about them ... making it look like she had to fork out her own money for them ... but I didn't really pay much attention to her because she also pulled out the nav DVD (the physical DVD media) at the same time and made it look like getting the nav DVD was a big deal -- even though one would assume you get the nav DVD when you order the car with the tech package.

The dealer is suppose to provide these at point of sale. From my experience they are full of sh*t...I waited 4 months and finally called the BMW NA 800 number and complained. Literally five minutes later the dealer called and said they were shipping them that day via Fedex, I received them the next day.

Why the dealer kept giving me the run around for 4 months for a $50 item is beyond me...really is BS!!
