E70 X5 "Individual" UK 2007 or 2008?

Can anybody help?

Ive placed an order (pre-order) for a twin turbo diesel Msport this week and was told by the dealer that I would be able to have this 'individual spec' in platinum merino leather....

However Ive seen on some other forums that individual is going to be available from July in Germany but not until next march for the UK / US as they have to ship the bodies from the US to germany then back to the US/UK?

As I think carbon black with platinum leather is the way to go I think I may be waiting longer than promised?

Help!

Also does anyone have anykind of "bmw individual" brochure in any language for the e70?

Had a couple of people email me as to what individual is and what platinum merino is...

Im not going to cover individual here as its on the BMW worldwide website...BMW individual = Huge premium & custom built car

However Merino is a lovley very soft leather with an almost ruffled quality to it....

Platinum (which looks best with carbon black) is almost white as per the picture below......

However if anybody does know anything more about the e70 individual Id be greatful

I have seen only 2 colors so far ruby black and pearl silver as shown below. More info is supposed to be coming soon.

Also keen to see if the new BMW individual Sound system as a step up from the hifi dsp from the latest m3 is going to be avaiblable....

Have read on a german forum that ventilated seats will not be available with an individual interior...??? booo
