1. what is 'car phone preparation"?
2. active seat ventilation = air conditioned seats?

also not sure about car phone preparation, but the active ventilated seats do blow cold air through the seats and you can adjust the level of the fan (3 levels). You can actually feel the cool air coming out of the holes in the seats and they're very effective, I'm very happy with mine.
