I got almost everything but rear DVD (kid too old) and HUD. I'm appreciate all of them, it's probably easier to say what I might give up. the HD Radio is a waste, the premium sound iff-y for me (not an audiophile), I can't recall if the split zone rear ventilation was a separate option from the front but that's highly dependant on if people are back there who care (rare for me). I didn't get a third seat and like the storage and spare tire instead. |

Must have options: PDC, Bluetooth, Comfort Access
Nice to have options: tech pack, sport pack, dvd, active vented seats stay away options: running boards (not very functional...maybe for kids, but not adults) If money is no object, load it up, otherwise, it's all a mater of which options you value the most. |

Just try the comfort seats. They sell themselves.

Thanks for all your reponse. Very helpful.
I currently have the ML and have modified it to death (headlamps, dvd, nav, 3rd row, side rail, hitch, chrome and wood panels). Is the tech package part of the premium pkg. I'm trying to avoid the moonroof because of heat here in florida. Can the xenon lights be installed separately w/out the package? Last edited by edbmw; 08-18-2007 at 06:21 PM. |

Xenons are standard on every model...
Tech and premium are two seperate packages. I live in Hawaii and although the climate isn't quite as humid as south florida, the power shade for the moonroof does a good job of keeping the interior cool. I have a Monaco Blue with Black leather and for some reason, this car doesn't get as hot as my other dark cars I've had in the past. The AC on MAX does a good job of cooling off the cabin when you first get in. Chris |
