On a 4.8 07 I priced out just the other day in Hawaii...
The car nicely equipped came out to $72k with destination. With $2500 down on a 36 month lease, I was looking at $1050 a month. I am ordering an 08 Monday - for which the prices have not been announced. Comaprably, two of the options I wanted that was only available individually (not part of a package) are supposed to be part of packages in 08 - meaning that it will be cheaper for me (as long as they don't raise overall cost of the 08) on the 08 as opposed to the 07. Looking at the Canada options guide leads me to believe the HUD and Comfort Access will be part of the Tech package and Premium package. You will however have to watch what residual rates they give on the 08s which BMW hasn't given yet. |

Check out the Ask-A-Dealer section at bimmerfest (http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=20). They list lease rates, and importantly, explain the multiple security deposit program. I encourage you to take advantage of it!
