Loose leather in seat bottom
I have comfort seats (actually active ventilated) and the drivers seat is developing a crease. The leather is loose on the bottom cushion, which is why.
Does anyone else have this issue? Is the leather loose to accomodate the active function? Will the dealer repair this under warranty?

same with mine - I think they must need to build in some flex to allow movement to reduce wear and tear

It's normal wear and tear, unfortunately.

I had this when my X5 was new nearly two years ago. The dealer replaced the seat base under warranty but the replacement then suffered the same problem.
