Winter tire recommendations?
Has anybody got any recommendations for winter tires. I am driving in Canada (Ontario) and will want to get a set of 18" winter tires for a 2008 X5 3.0si on order. Some have recommended Pirelli Scorpion & Ice, others Blizzak and I have no idea which!

Another vote for the Scorps. They have been terrific in snow and ice, but the surprise was how 'normal' they feel on dry pavement/warmer days. Turn in and overall handling is better than expected so you don't entirely lose the confidence and great sport feel like you would with some other dedicated winter tires.
