Probably not US DOT certified I bet. I had the same problem when I was looking for a Maxi Cosi from Europe. Luckily they finally started shipping a US version that was DOT certified.

That car seat in picture is WilliamsF1 seat and is discountinued. BMW Williams arrangement is no longer there. BMW has released a new car seat this month. BMW Sauber F1 child seat. See picture below. You can order this at your local BMW dealer as accessory.
