I think the only solution is to change the camera. It should be using a camera that has the night vision, similar to the camera on my baby monitor. All it needs is a little light and you can see your subject.
Hmmm, I wonder if I can take that camera and mount it on the E70. It might be worth it since the baby monitor only cost me $100.

I think the back up camera in my E70 has bad resolution IMO. Unfortunate considering its a $60++ car. Maybe changing the external monitors will help.

They should just use the one that's on my Lexus LS 460. It looks like day light at night and is very clear.

Be interested to hear if it's really that simple to swap out the camera for a better one... and if that does anything to the warranty.
