yes. you must pay to have comfort seats (stand alone option and in active ventilated seat package).

rear entertainment won't affect which seats you get.
if you have the sport package, you'll have the sport seats; unless you picked comfort seats, then you'll get comfort

The comfort seats ARE worth the additional cost. Just go sit in them, and you will understand. Just having the ability to adjust the side bolsters & thigh bolsters to snug up against you makes them worth it. In addition, they also come with the front seat extensions like the sport seats do. They are like the sport seat on steroids, but MUCH more comfortable! Oh, even the tops of the seat backs can be articulated forward and backward. These seats are soooo sweet!

Good things come to those who wait. In the E60 the Sports package includes comfort seats with lumbar support and front thigh support extension. I heard that this option may be std on 2008 4.8, not confirmed yet though.

E60 sports package seats.
20-way power multi-contour front seats (includes articulated upper backrest, 4-way lumbar support, passenger’s-seat memory, active head restraints and adjustable side and thigh support)*

If THAT is true, that would be HUGE!!! It might be time to put in an order now, as demand would certainly increase, and our ability to get a deal would diminish!
