2008 X5
My questions are- why so little so late? Does anyone have any insight into why BMW could not update their website with 2008 information- it's October 3rd and we all know we can't order a 2007!! I would also really like to know about the saddle interior- we cancelled a 2007 order when the tobacco in Napa wasn't available. At the time I placed a complaint with BMW to no avail. We have a 2001 4.4 and love the car- and we intend to order a new one- but at this rate and given last year's experiences I'm thinking of looking at others. I don't think it's too much to have an accurate brochure and prices by this time of year- and I won't order a $70K car until I'm absolutely sure of what I'm buying. Why is BMW making a 2008 so hard to buy? Any insight is appreciated!! |

:xoutpost: Simple IMO, they want/need to clear out all of their 2007 inventory, especially given the price decline.

Yup, it was only $900 for the 4.8i. But usually we're celebrating when they just "Hold the line" on pricing...Quote:

It allows them to 'put off' the inevitable price decrease that will occur within the next 12 months. And I think it keeps a healthy aftermarket for the enthusiast - a BMW trait since the beginning.
