In the US, you have to pay an additional $950 on top of the ZSP price to get the flared wheel arches and the 20" style 214 wheels. The aero kit is not even an option, but needs to be installed after delivery.

I agree.....Fully loaded means it has every option. I am not even sure that anyone has one fully loaded. He does not have the 20 wheels with teh fender flares, so not fully loaded.
